In San Luis del Rio you can see how Paciano Cruz Nolasco, the local mezcal producer, cares for his plants. The peak of the mountain nearby is covered with corn growth, and along the way you’ll meet iguanas and bromeliads grow on the trees and cacti. This mezcal is 100% biological and has an alcohol content of 47% ABV.

Aroma: spicy, fruity, and smoky all at the same time, followed by a light tone of citrus fruit.

Flavor: creamy and gentle, and at the same time fiery and spicy.
