Pavo Real wines are cultivated in Valle de Guadalupe, the most prestigious wine region in Mexico, known for its plentiful and exceptional viticulture. Mexican wines have a rich history and have been cultivated since the Spanish first arrived in the 16th century, making them the oldest wineries in the Americas. Until now, these wines have been enjoyed within Mexico’s borders but Pavo Real is bringing this unique Mexican experience to international tables.
BLENDE’S NOTES
Pavo Real White Wine has fresh and ripe aromas of dried papaya, yellow apples, and preserved grapefruit. The palate is creamy, full-bodied with moderate acidity along with notes of preserved lemon and wet herbs, and a touch of oak spices.”
PAIRING NOTES
Pavo Real White Wine pairs excellently with Baja style Mexican dishes such as red snapper tacos with pico de gallo. The citrus flavors of this wine will also enhance lighter dishes such as enchiladas verdes. For a unique cocktail, use Pavo Real to make a white wine margarita.
