Description

Ron Cartavio XO rum commemorates their 80th anniversary. It is aged in oak casks (of either American, French, or Slovenian descent) and uses a “solera” aging process (by which a fraction of the oldest barrel is retained and blended in the next oldest and so forth). They say it is “long and pleasant” in the finish.
