One of our favorite South American wineres for many vintages. “The 2007 Structura Ultra is composed of 51% Malbec, 40% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 9% Merlot aged for 18 months in new French oak and bottled without filtration. It is a sizeable, dense offering with an inviting bouquet of spicy black fruits, good richness and volume on the palate, and a lengthy, fruit-filled finish.
