Made by Puebla’s great Master Distiller Ascunción Vargas, for the second distillation the classic ingredients of the beloved Café de la Olla are added, organic coffee, cinammon and rich complex brown sugar. The flavors are unmistakable and the coffee elements add an invigorating spark to the rich complexity of the mezcal. Simply put there is nothing else even remotely like this on the planet and we are lucky and honored to have some. Only 48 precious bottles produced for this batch.
