Pavo Real 2012 Red Wine

Grape Varietal: 50% Grenache; 20% Cabernet Sauvignon; 20% Ruby Cabernet; 10% Barbera

Pavo Real wines are cultivated in Valle de Guadalupe, the most prestigious wine region in Mexico, known for its plentiful and exceptional viticulture. Mexican wines have a rich history and have been cultivated since the Spanish first arrived in the 16th century, making them the oldest wineries in the Americas. Until now, these wines have been enjoyed within Mexico’s borders but Pavo Real is bringing this unique Mexican experience to international tables.

BLENDER’S NOTES

Pavo Real Red Wine exhibits intense and fruit forward aromas of dried strawberry, black cherry liqueur, black currants, crushed pomegranates, violets, wet leaves, wild herbs, black pepper, cacao nibs, wet leather and dried clay. The palate is full, layered, rich and spicy with flavors of preserved raspberries, strawberries, bitter chocolate, dried herbs and baking spices.”
