Small batch, cask strength, limited release. Farm-to-bottle, utilizing grains from Starlight’s 700+ acre farm. Made with a sweet mash process and double pot distilled with a Vendome copper pot still. Eight-barrel blend of Starlight’s 7 year signature 3-4 grain bourbon mash bills.
First Barrel: Fire-charred, new American white oak barrels
Second Barrel: 200-500 year old Japanese Mizunara oak, grown in the northernmost island of Japan
Notes of sweet French vanilla and baking spice aromas up front. Finishes with a harmonious mix of sandalwood and coconut that compliments this sophisticated and elegant whiskey.
