El Jolgorio Mexicano Mezcal
A genetic relative of Agave Espad an, Agave Mexicano grows to be very large. With its broad serrated leaves (or pencas) often bearing black tips. In the local Zapotec dialects, this agave is also known as “Doba-daan” or “Dob-daiin”.
