A Medios Chiles Mezcal is made by the traditional way, cooked in conical earthen oven bakery,  grinding wooden canoe, natural fermented in wooden vats of Sabine, doble batch distillation and temperature controlled seeking highest expression on the palette of aromas and flavors in the final product.
