Distilled in the fall of 2008 at Dickel’s Cascade Hollow Distillery, the whisky was charcoal filtered before aging and is just gorgeous after an 11 year slumber. Packed with flavors and aromas of cookie dough, blueberry, and red hots, this is such an enjoyable sipper, and the price is preposterously low given the quality of the drink.
