Description
Ballantine’s 12yr blended scotch
was first introduced in the 1960s and described as “Honeyed, balanced and creamy.”
George Ballantine and Sons began as a grocery store in 1827 that quickly moved to wine and spirits. While the family sold out in 1919 the label continued to grown and acquired several distilleries. Today, their scotch is mainly sourced from the distilleries of Balblair Distillery, Glenburgie Distillery, and Miltonduff Distillery.
