Gracias a Dios Mezcal is entirely handmade in Santiago Matatla¡n, Oaxaca, at the company’s palenque [NOM-0223X], or distillery. It has a production capacity of roughly 8000 liters a month, and every ounce is made under the watchful eye of Maestro Mezcalero Oscar Hern¡ndez Santiago.
