Raicilla is a mezcal that is produced in the state of Jalisco , The agave comes from El Tuito. The agave is roasted in an adobe oven with black oak. This Raicilla is distilled two times in a Filipino-style still that is made from the trunk of a Higuera Blanca tree. La Venenosa Costa has notes of cedar and pine. There is a great balance of smoke and agave.
