Our “Straight Rye” is a blend of 60% locally grown rye and 40% locally grown corn supplied by Send Brothers Farm located just up the road in Williamsburg, MI. It is bottled at 90 proof so it has a nice warmth and spiciness that is followed by mellow sweetness from the corn. Notes of pepper, honey, vanilla, cinnamon and oak.
