Description

The rare, wild agave Cuixe – like its relatives Madrecuie and Barril – grows a cylindrical, stalk shaped pina, with leaves spreading at the top. It is often slightly smaller than Madrecuixe. Its dense, dry pina often yields intensely flavored mezcal with great minerality and spice notes.
