Bacanora is an agave spirit, much like tequila. It is made from Agave Pacifica and comes from Sonora, Mexico. This Rancho Tapua Bacanora is particularly aromatic and has flavors of smoke, grass, pepper and is slightly herbal. Be prepared for a combination of secondary flavors of citrus and mineral. The finish is long and luxurious leaving the vegetal flavor of the agave. A great find and must-have for tequila, mezcal, and bacanora lovers.
